The Perry County Unit of Deputies, Corrections, Dispatch and Clericals successfully negotiated shift differential pay into their contract for the first time, increased all rank differentials by $1000, negotiated wage increases that will match the rate of inflation for the next four years, and added language that protects members who are on military leave, and guarantees that changes to the medical plan will be fully negotiated.   Bargaining Team of Josh Harsy, Nathan Kellerman, Jamie Vancil, Lee Stanhouse and Chuck McElvain were assisted by Labor Council Attorney, James Daniels.
