The Hinsdale Patrol Officers entered a three year Collective Bargaining Agreement.  The Agreement, among other things, provides for a 2% across the board wage increase for each year of the Agreement.  Insurance premiums remained the same except that HMO employee contributions increased by 5%, however, less senior employees gained access to plans in addition to the HMO Plan.  The parties eliminated the Board of Fire and Police Commission's role in discipline.  All discipline will now be review through the Grievance Procedure.
