Christian County Deputies, Correctional Officers and Telecommunicators settled a three (3) year contract, with 7% on wages over three years, increase of $50 to each longevity step, increase in rank assignment pay for Lieutenant and Sergeant/Investigators, change from biannual to annual shift bids, availability of all benefit time on an hourly basis, double-time on mandatoried holidays, ability for Telecommunicators to split a shift before someone is mandatoried, as well as some cleanup of contract language.  Field Representative Mark Russillo was assisted by these Bargaining Committee Members:  Jeff Brown, Scott Woods, Gary Rexroad, James Pickett, Cathy Beattie, Jeremy Tucker, Mykal Fisher, Kim Curl, Jeanette Sheley
