Thanks to the hard work of an experienced and dedicated bargaining team, the Patrol Officers and Sergeants from the Village of North Riverside have a three year Collective Bargaining Agreement through April 30, 2016.  In addition to a 7.5% retroactive wage increase, all members now have increased dental benefits and expanded use of sick leave.  The team consisted of Frank Schmalz, Chris Boenzi, Chris Devine, Billy Cinkay and Terri McCarthy.  They were assisted by Dan Mahoney of the Illinois FOP Labor Council..
