Collinsville officers recently completed negotiation for a 3 year agreement.  The agreement calls for wage increases of 2% in each of the first two years and 1.5% in the third year. Top pay for Patrol Officers is set at $37.11 per hour and $40.40 per hour for the Sergeants. Beginning in the third year, Martin Luther King Day will be added to the holiday list.  This addition follows several contracts in which the team has sought adding this day as a holiday.Changes were also made in the pay rates for voluntary off-duty seconday overtime.
