The Ogle County Probation Officers have wrapped up a three year Agreement.  The Agreement is for the period of December 1, 2014-November 30, 2017.  Members added 3% to their base salary in each of the three years including retroactive wages, with an additional 1% for satisfactory merit scores and the opportunity for a $500 or $1000 bonus for exceptional performance.  A new longevity pay chart was added that will enhance wages for length of service.  The Employer implemented a county-wide Healthcare Planning Committee which will allow our members to have a say in the benefit levels and costs associated with health insurance.

The Negotiating Team consisted of Brian Peterson, Bunny Miller, Kelsey Gilliam, and Spencer Morrissey.  They were assisted by Shawn Roselieb and Kevin Krug.
