Congratulations to the LaSalle City police unit on the settlement of their most recent contract!  The contract is for three years and involved raises of 2%, 2%, and 3% over the course of the contract, as well as, increases in their compensatory time accrual cap, their sick leave accrual cap and the annual amount in their clothing allowance (an increase of $350 each year). The team did have to concede a change in insurance plans and language concerning off duty injuries.  The negotiations were held in LaSalle, IL and were conducted by members, Luke Radtke and Ray Gatza.  Luke and Ray were assisted by ILFOP Labor Council Field Representative Dan Bailey and Attorney Bill Jarvis.
