Lebanon Patrol Officers settled a three year agreement with a 6% increase in wages over the term of the contract.  The parties agreed to extend the probationary period to a full twelve months.  There was agreement to add a top longevity increment at 23 years and an increase in Sergeants' pay to $2000.  The parties adopted a quarter master system with a comprehensive equipment list in lieu of annual uniform allowance,  along with a separate allowance for the purchase of boots.  Labor Council Field Representatie Mark Russillo was assisted by Bargaining Committee Members Kevin Harris, Kurt Schmulbach and Tim Heinen.
