Olney Police Officers and Sergeants recently settled a 3-year contract, with 9.75% on wages over 3 years and increased their longevity by $0.10 in years 10 through 25.  The parties agreed to new shift bidding language and 12-hour shift language.  They further agreed to modify health care contributions and clarified residency requirements for all officers.  Field Representative Mark Russillo was assisted by these Bargaining Committee Members:  Sergeant Brian Nuttal, Officer Aaron Eastin and Officer Seth Elliott.
