Moline Police negotiated a three-year deal with the City of Moline in a one day meeting.  The agreement calls for wage increases of 2.5% in each year; balanced with a total of 4% overall health insurance premium increases (the percentage of premium cost sharing was not changed); and very importantly, all discipline will now go through the grievance and arbitration provisions of the contract.  The Board of Fire & Police Commisisons will no longer have any authority over the discipline of officers.  The local team of Jeremy McAuliffe (Chair), Andy Hughes, Chris Pickens, Jospeh Kluever, Chase Schwigen, Eric Wells andJason Smith were assisted by Field Representative David Nixon.
