In the McHenry County Deputies’ Bargaining Unit, an Interest Arbitrator ruled in the Union’s favor on the issue of wages. The Arbitrator awarded a four year agreement with wage increases: 2% effective December 1, 2010; 2.75% effective December 1, 2011; 3% December 1, 2012; and 3% effective December 1, 2013. The Arbitrator thus rejected the Employers’ final offer of the following wage increases:  0% increase December 1, 2010; 2% effective June 1, 2011; 2% effective December 1, 2011; 2.75% effective December 1, 2012; and 3% effective December 1, 2013. The Arbitrator awarded the Employer’s final offer on Comp Time which reduced the amount of accrual.
