Pete Balderas assisted Telecommunicator's Corine Long and John Griegel in unanimously ratifying a four (4) year successor Agreement with average increases of 2.19% over the term of the contract. They were able to keep single insurance premiums below 20%, while the family plan remained status quo at 25% of the premium. A HMO Plan was also introduced to the collective bargaining agreement at 10% for single and 25% for family. CTO pay was increased and a new holiday was added to extra pay holidays.
