Illinois FOP Labor Council ("us", "we", or "our") operates the ILFOPLC mobile application (the "Service").
This document informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use
The Labor Council only collects the bare minimum of data from you that is necessary to run our web site and app. There are no user logins, and no personal data is collected. We will have your e-mail address on file ONLY if you are a member of the Labor Council or have voluntarily signed up for our mailing list.
Types of Data Collected
IP Address and Access Logs
As with any web site or app, we collect information on the numerical label assigned to your device at a particular location form your Internet service provider. We also collect what information was accessed and the time of access. This information is used only to improve performance of our web site and app, and is not resold or given to anyone else.
Tracking & Cookies Data
When you access the Service we may collect certain information, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your device unique ID, the IP address of your device, your operating system, the type of Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data ("Usage Data").
Use of Data
Illinois FOP Labor Council uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain and improve the Service
- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
- To monitor the usage of the Service
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
