The Edwardsville Telecommunicators have agreed to a three-year contract with retroactive raised wage increases of 2.5% in years one and two, and a 2.75% increase in year three. The clothing allowance was increased by $25 in the first and again in the second year of the contract. Language was added to provide for requests for holiday time off. The local team was headed by James Hengehold, who was assisted by Brandon Hurst. Labor Council Field Representative David Nixon also assisted the team.
