Congratulations to the Morrison Police Department on reaching a new three-year Agreement. Members were able to successfully negotiate many positive language changes which protect the membership. Increases in eligible family members for Bereavement and Sick Leave, Shift Differential Pay and how members receive Holiday Compensation were obtained. FTO Pay, Inoculations and Maternity/Paternity Leave language were added to the Agreement, along with respectable wage increases in each year of the contract.
The membership was represented by Curt Workman and Dan Simmons. Field Representatives Jay Titus and David Gass assisted the bargaining team throughout negotiations.
