24 Hour Critical Incident Hotline: 877-IFOP-911

After the last negotiations ended at interest arbitration, the parties made history by negotiating, ratifying and executing a new collective bargaining agreement FIVE MONTHS prior to the expiration of the current contract.

The focus of these negotiations was on a new 12-hour patrol schedule and the parties were able to reach agreement to implement the schedule at the start of 2018.  Wage for the three-year deal are 2.75%, 2.5% and 1.75%.  Also, FTO pay and the performance bonus were increased.  Revisions were made to the discipline process, probationary period and clothing allowance.  Old side letters were written into the text of the contract.

Team members Scott Buzecky, Nick Linklater, Jeff Giermann, Josh Nelson, Scott VanAlmen, RJ Jacobs and Dan Montanari worked feverishly to reach this historic deal.
