Congratulations to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department for the successful negotiation of another contract!  The unit was able to gain many new items to their contract, including certification pay and successfully increased the starting pay for both Dispatchers and Deputies.  The unit was able to preserve nearly all of their contractual terms from their previous contract while receiving an above-average wage increase for all of their members.  The unit was represented by Jon Gulley and Toby Dalton, with the assistance of Attorney Amy Rose.
